Aileen Torres

Aileen joined the Science Mill in July 2023 as an Education Specialist. She has 16 years of teaching experience, having taught science to students in grades 6-8, as well as high school chemistry and integrated physics and chemistry. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and a Master of Arts in Multidisciplinary Science from the University of the Incarnate Word. She is a passionate educator who loves to inspire students to learn about science. She is also a wife and mother to two daughters. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling.
