Science Mill’s Response to COVID-19 (coronavirus)

The safety of our visitors, staff and volunteers is our top priority.

In response to the ever-changing COVID-19/coronavirus pandemic, we are taking the precautions of closing the Science Mill and cancelling all programs and events until further notice. We are closely following updates from state and national health authorities and will share any updates via email, our website and our social media channels about when we are able to open our doors again. 

The Science Mill staff will continue their work. We’ll be caring for the African spurred tortoises and our other resident plants and animals, tweaking exhibits, and planning for upcoming summer programs and camps. 

Our mission to inspire the next generation of scientists has never been more urgent, and we look forward to opening our doors to visitors, field trips and summer campers soon. As always, we appreciate the support of the Science Mill community.
