We promise it won't be that spooky, but we can guarantee plenty of kooky chemistry fun to kick off Halloween week!

Join us for pyrotechnic gourds and frightening foam pumpkins. We’ll have ghosts and their ectoplasm, too! Come to the Science Mill for Halloween-themed demonstrations and hands-on activities, and stay for a special, one day only showing of Flying Monsters 3D.

We want to see your Halloween costumes! We’re giving away FREE Halloween excavation kits to all kids wearing a costume. (Parents, no costume-related giveaways for you, but it would make our day if you dressed up, too!)

Chemistry Day activities run from 11am-2pm, but stay and play all day! The Science Mill is open from 10am-4pm on Saturdays, and you can explore over 50 hands-on exhibits and activities.
