Do your kids have the building bug? Bring them to Engineering Day on Saturday, February 15 for a hands-on day of crazy construction! (Bonus: we’ll handle clean up and there’s no risk of stepping on a rogue LEGO.)
Meet engineering professionals from the American Society of Civil Engineers. They’ll share tricks of the trade to help you tackle engineering challenges, like building a weight-bearing bridge out of marshmallows. The scenarios may be wacky, but the physics and math are real!
ASCE is providing FREE admission for the first 100 visitors on February 15! Engineering Day activities are included with admission to the Science Mill. Activities run from 12pm-4pm; the museum will be open 10am-4pm.
