The Johnson City Joules will be hosting monthly Robotics Days this fall at the Science Mill! Come by to experience special robotics activities and engage with FIRST Robotics competition teams from across central Texas and guest speakers in STEM careers.

November 9th: LHS Rocketry Club from London ISD
The LHS rocketry team uses curriculum from SystemsGo and launches at the central Texas launch site each May. Students present their math model for transonic rockets to NASA engineers each fall for review and assistance. Most team members are in their third or fourth engineering class with me and several have also taken one or more science courses with me as well including chemistry, physics, AP chemistry and AP physics. Students of all levels are welcome in our program.

Mozart Showcase - Meet Mozart, an award winning multi functional machine. We will be talking about intakes and launchers!
Flipper Bots - A head-to-head battle bot activity where guests will step into the operator role and strategically stage their opponent outside of the arena.
