Sandy Dochen

Sandy Dochen is a consummate community volunteer, having retired from IBM in a regional corporate social responsibility position in 2019. In that role, he coordinated multiple programs to expand education and workforce development efforts as well as representing the company on multiple boards and policy initiatives. Post-IBM, Sandy serves on the board of Amplify Credit Union and the Anti-Defamation League and is active in the Austin Area Research Organization, which works on issues of long-term importance to the Central Texas Region. He has also served as a Fellow in the Leadership Austin Program.
